FRIDAY - September 2nd, 2011

9:00 a.m. - Sidewalk Sales Downtown Merchants 

8:00-9:00 p.m. - South Main Night Flame -South Main Street sponsored by McDonald's Restaurant and Greg Simerman American Family Insurance.

 

SATURDAY - September 3rd, 2011

7:00 a.m.* - Opening Ceremonies - Dick Liedorff M.C.

7:15 a.m.* - John Petrehn Memorial Cup Flight

9:00 a.m. - Sidewalk Sales - Downtown Merchants
                    East Twin Park -Arts & Crafts - Kids Games Food and More

10:00 a.m. - Baby Show - Gazebo - East Twin Parks
                      Registration Begins at 9:30         8 Boys & Girls Age groups - 0 Months thru 3 Years

Noon - Balloonist Parade - Main Street

1:00-3:00 p.m. - Free Entertainment at the Gazebo

4:00 p.m.* - Gates Open Launch Site

6:00 p.m.* - Balloon Flight

8:00 p.m.* - Basel Downey Memorial Launch Site Nite Lite

7:30 a.m. - North Central Missouri Regional Airport Fly-in

                   7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. - Pancake Breakfast served (open to public)

                   9:00 a.m. - Chillicothe EAA Chapter Free Rides for kids 7 - 14

                   10:30 a.m - 1:00 p.m. - Lunch Wagon

                   1:00 pm - Kids Ping Pong Ball Drop - grab bags for all kids and larger prizes

                   All day - Aircraft Displays, R/C planes

4:00 p.m.* - Gates Open Launch Site

6:00 p.m.* - Balloon Flight
